Microsoft Paint: Search Windows for 'paint' to open the Paint desktop app, click File or the menu icon , and then click From scanner or camera. No worries, I'll be glad to help you. The Solution Center is included in the printer full feature driver. I am afraid that the drivers are not available for this model. Fellwalker: I have the same problem. My HP C will no longer scan from teh solution centre. It will scan from its web address in my browser, so when the Solution Centre says that the HP device was not found, it is that which is the problem. It worked for 2 or more years perfectly happily, now it has cracked up. ONce it did nothing at all, the second time it worked, but the next day it could no longer scan. THis is a problem across many forums and many printers over many years.
Surely there has to be a solution for it. Clearly it is not the HP Solution Centre. Hi Fellwalker, Please repeat the steps to remove the device as mentioned within my previous post The 2nd post , but skip the software download instruction.
